He or she makes the most out of each initiative, does whatever it takes to turn it into a success, and also consistently demonstrates a willingness to share his or her ideas and strategies with others in the Tutor Doctor community.

This award is given to the individual who lives and breathes the Tutor Doctor spirit. This individual demonstrates his or her spirit through their commitment, loyalty, and passion in dealing with customers, tutors, suppliers, and fellow franchisees. This franchisee's impact is felt both in the Tutor Doctor community and within the local community he or she serves.

The Community Crusader Award honours franchisees who excel in community service beyond our 2-4-6 engagement model. Recipients have formed lasting local partnerships, hosted educational events, and shown measurable impact through students success stories. They stand out for their innovative programs, philanthropic efforts, and consistent, long-term commitment to community betterment. This award celebrates those who go the extra mile to change lives and make a lasting impact in their communities.

The Customer Service Award recognizes and celebrates excellence in customer care. It is presented to the franchisee who has demonstrated excellence in customer loyalty and established themselves as a customer champion. Recipients must also have achieved a Net Promoter Score in Your Feedback Survey of 80% or higher, with a minimum of 30 survey responses between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.

This award recognizes the best new player on the Tutor Doctor team. A rookie is defined as a franchisee with less than 18 months in the business, who produced at least $50,000 in revenue within their first 12 months ending June 30, 2025, and who embodies the Tutor Doctor spirit and values.

This award is presented to the franchisee who has demonstrated significant service to the Tutor Doctor organization and the Tutor Doctor community as a whole. This individual possesses a "can do" attitude, makes things happen, is a team player, and works hard to accomplish his or her goals and the goals of the organization.

The Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes the franchisee who has led our company to outstanding business success and innovation while consistently demonstrating community commitment and support. The recipient is regarded as a role model because of their exceptional leadership within the Tutor Doctor family. Although years of service are not a prerequisite, this individual must be widely respected throughout the organization for their achievements and recognized as a leader in the business community as well.
