Who should attend the conference?

Elevate: DBA 2025 is designed for franchisees who are ready to take their business to the next level. Whether you’re looking to boost local visibility, improve close rates, build a high-performing team, or expand into new markets, this year’s conference will give you the tools, strategies, and confidence to get there. With sessions focused on marketing, sales, team building, leadership, and operational efficiency, there’s something for every stage of your business journey. If you’re serious about growth, this is where you need to be.

What is the cost to attend Elevate: DBA 2025?

For members of the education fund, one registration per franchise is covered by your contributions.

For those not contributing to the education fund, the registration cost is:
Australia: $965 AUD

Canada: $899 CAD

LATAM, South Africa, & other: $720 USD
UK: £540

USA: $720 USD
Please note: 13% Ontario sales tax will be added to all registration fees.

Is there a deadline to register?

The registration deadline is August 3rd, 2025.

Can I bring a business partner, employee, or spouse to the conference?
Yes! Business partners, employees, and spouses are welcome to attend. Each attendee must be registered individually to access conference sessions and meals. Additional registrants will be required to pay the registration fee. If they’ll only be joining you for the Gala and Awards Dinner, they can attend as a guest for $150 CAD. When you complete the registration form you will be asked if you’d like to register a second attendee and/or Gala and Awards Dinner guest.

Is there a preferred hotel or room block for attendees?

Yes, there is a Tutor Doctor room block at the conference venue.

What should I do if I have specific accessibility needs?

You can book an accessible room through our Tutor Doctor booking link. We recommend booking your hotel room as soon as possible as accessible rooms are limited and may become unavailable. 

Meals & Dietary Requirements

Are meals included during the conference?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided on all conference days. Registered attendees are also invited to evening events each night, which will feature either light fare or a full plated dinner, depending on the format of the event.

How do I let you know about my dietary restrictions?

When you complete the Elevate: DBA 2025 registration form, you will be asked to specify any dietary restrictions. If you have any additional dietary considerations, such as a life-threatening allergy, please contact us at support@tutordoctor.org

Gala & Special Events

Is the Gala and Awards Dinner included in my registration?

Yes, the Gala and Awards Dinner is included in your conference registration—no additional ticket or payment is required.

Can I bring a guest to the gala?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to the Gala and Awards Dinner. The cost for non-registered guests is $150 CAD. Guests must be 19 years or older. When completing your registration, just let us know if you’ll be bringing a guest—there’s a spot on the form to share those details.

Is there an additional cost for gala guests?

Yes, there is an additional cost of $150 CAD for each non-registered guest attending the Gala.

Are children allowed to attend the gala?

Unfortunately, children are not able to attend gala as it is a 19+ event.  

Sessions & Learning

How do I choose which sessions to attend?

Detailed session descriptions will be available in the coming weeks to help you plan your experience. We recommend considering your current business goals and challenges when deciding which sessions are the best fit.

Will sessions be recorded or available after the event?

Yes, session recordings, resources, and slide decks will be shared with all registered attendees after the conference, so you can revisit the content or catch up on anything you missed.

Do I need to bring anything to participate in the sessions?

We recommend bringing a laptop, tablet, or notebook to take notes and make the most of each session. Come prepared to share your business goals and collaborate on real challenges—many sessions will be interactive and focused on practical problem-solving.

Networking & Community

Will there be opportunities to network with other franchisees?
Yes! Connecting with the Tutor Doctor family is one of the top reasons franchisees attend DBA conferences. Each day includes networking breaks where you can meet and chat with fellow franchisees, the home office team, and vendors. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to socialize at our welcome reception, networking dinner, and the Gala and Awards Dinner.

What is the dress code for the conference and gala?

For the conference, we recommend business casual—comfortable but professional. For the Gala and Awards Dinner, plan for semi-formal attire so you’re ready to celebrate in style!
